I have used whipping cream here but you can also use any thick cream in this recipe.. refrigerate the remaining ganache for 1 week until use…

- 35 gm unsalted butter
- 75 gm sugar
- 26 gm cocoa powder
- 95 ml (1/4 cup+2 tbsp) whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp coffee powder
- pinch of salt

Instructions
- In a pan add butter ,when its melted add in sugar mix well.
- Add in cocoa powder mix it well combined..
- Add in coffee powder,vanilla essence,add in pinch of salt mix well, finally add in whipping cream mix well until all sugar is dissolved.

Measuring by weight is more accurate, the product is the same everytime whereas measuring by volume can differ and the product might not come out the same.
Is it okay to use milk instead of using whipping cream?? 😅
